What a great time of year this is! Our church has recently celebrated our grand opening of Adventureland Kid's Ministry Center, and now we're getting geared up for another great grand opening event. Sunday night, October 28, from 5:00-7:00 pm, The Donelson Fellowship will be transformed into fun central with our annual fall festival, Trunk or Treat! This is a super fun event that welcomes the entire community to our church for free food, fun games, live music and all around good times!
This year will be more fun than ever for the kids with inflatable games, pumpkin carving, face painting, free candy, travel adventure and a Mad Scientist Show. The first 150 kids to go through the Adventureland Quest for Nations will receive a special gift that will only be available at Trunk or Treat. Kids, get your costumes ready, and get out to TDF on Sunday night October 28!

 We Need You!
It's not Uncle Sam who's sounding the call, but rather Steve Greenwood and the Trunk or Treat team! This event is one of two HUGE community events that give our church a chance to meet and connect with more people than on any Sunday in the year. But in order to be successful, we need tons of help! We don't just want you to come to the event, we need you to jump in and help somewhere!

Here’s a list and brief description of some things you can do to help. You can do more than one!
The point is, there is a lot to do and we need everyone to get involved and help us push this event to it’s highest levels. Two other things that I didn’t place on the list, but are even more important are that we need you to pray for this event. Pray that we will make definite, significant connections with people who live in our neighborhood. Lastly, tell everyone you know about Trunk or Treat and see how many people you can bring to the event! It’s gonna be great!
